More Details on Our Top Picks
Squishmallows 12-Inch Christmas Holiday Puffer Jacket Plush Toy – Galci the Raccoon
This 12-inch Galci the Raccoon plush stands out for its festive puffer jacket design, perfectly capturing the Christmas spirit. Compared with smaller holiday options like the Micromallows Wreath, this plush offers a larger size for cuddling and display, making it ideal for children and collectors who want a more substantial holiday-themed plush. Its limited edition status adds a sense of exclusivity, but availability may be restricted after the season ends. The design appeals to those who love seasonal collectibles, especially for gifting or holiday decor. However, its specific character may not attract all fans, and its seasonal nature means it’s less versatile outside the holidays.Pros:- Festive holiday design perfect for Christmas display
- Large enough for cuddling and decoration
- Limited edition adds collectible appeal
Cons:- Limited availability due to seasonal release
- Character-specific design may not appeal to everyone
Best for: Collectors and families seeking a festive, display-worthy plush for Christmas
Not ideal for: Buyers looking for a versatile plush suitable for year-round use or larger plush fans
- Size:12 inches
- Design:Festive puffer jacket
- Character:Galci the Raccoon
- Edition:Limited holiday edition
Our verdict“This plush makes the most sense for holiday collectors and those wanting a seasonal display piece.”
Squishmallows 10-Inch Richie Axolotl Plush
The 10-inch Richie Axolotl plush offers a super soft and cuddly feel, making it ideal for kids who seek comfort and gentle play. Unlike the larger 14-inch Nick Santa Claus, Richie’s smaller size makes it more portable and easier to cuddle on the go. Its consistent character design appeals to fans of axolotl-themed plush, but the plush’s softness might lack the structure some children prefer for more active play. This pick suits parents or gift-givers looking for a reliable, huggable companion, though those wanting a plush with more firmness or variety might find it limiting. Its single-character style simplifies choice but reduces variety for collectors.Pros:- Super soft and inviting for cuddling
- Portable size for travel or school
- Encourages imaginative play
Cons:- May be too soft for children who prefer more support
- Limited to one character style
Best for: Parents and gift-givers seeking a cuddly, travel-friendly plush for kids
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting a plush with more structure or multiple characters for collection
- Size:10 inches
- Character:Richie Axolotl
Our verdict“This plush makes sense for children who want a soft, portable companion for cuddles and travel.”
Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Plush Advent Calendar
The 24 miniature Micromallows in this advent calendar offer a fun and festive way to countdown to Christmas, featuring characters like Brooke the Polar Bear. Its small size makes it ideal for holiday decoration or as a seasonal gift, but it’s less suited for children seeking larger plush for cuddling. Compared with the Micromallows Wreath, this set provides a daily surprise that enhances holiday anticipation, although the tiny 2.5-inch size might not appeal to those who prefer more substantial plush toys. It’s perfect for collectors and families wanting an interactive holiday experience, but limited character variety and seasonal focus restrict its versatility.Pros:- Includes 24 different holiday-themed plush toys
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
- Enhances holiday excitement with daily surprises
Cons:- Small size may not appeal to all collectors
- Limited to holiday characters and themes
Best for: Holiday enthusiasts and families wanting a daily festive surprise
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking larger plush toys for cuddling or year-round use
- Size:2.5 inches
- Includes:24 Micromallows plush toys
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“This advent calendar suits holiday lovers who want a daily plush surprise to celebrate Christmas.”
Squishmallows Micromallows Holiday Wreath 4-Pack
The 4-pack of Micromallows Holiday Wreaths offers compact, collectible plush toys perfect for decorating or gifting during the season. Their 2.5-inch size makes them easy to incorporate into holiday displays or stockings, especially for those who enjoy tiny collectibles. Compared to the advent calendar, these plush are more versatile for everyday decor, but their small size limits their appeal for children wanting larger plush for cuddling. The set suits collectors or holiday decorators, but those seeking plush with more character or size might feel limited. They are a charming, space-efficient way to celebrate the season, though less practical for active play.Pros:- Highly collectible 2.5-inch size
- Includes four festive holiday characters
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
Cons:- Limited size reduces appeal for cuddling or active play
- Not suitable for very young children
Best for: Holiday decorators and tiny plush collectors seeking festive accents
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting plush toys for cuddling or children’s active play
- Unit Count:4
- Size:2.5 inches
- Included Components:Holiday plush set
Our verdict“This set is ideal for holiday decor enthusiasts and small-scale collectors during the season.”
Squishmallows 8in Fleur the Yule Log Plush
The 8-inch Fleur the Yule Log plush features ultrasoft, high-quality material paired with a charming holiday design. Its size strikes a balance between display and cuddling, making it suitable for holiday shelves or bedsides. Compared with the larger Nick Santa Claus, Fleur’s smaller size makes it more manageable for kids or as a seasonal accent, but it’s limited to holiday themes, reducing year-round versatility. The plush’s unique bio and festive look appeal to those who love character-driven collectibles, though it might feel too limited for buyers seeking more variety or larger plush for active play. It’s a cozy, decorative choice that also offers cuddly comfort.Pros:- Soft, high-quality plush material
- Festive holiday design with character bio
- Perfect size for display and cuddling
Cons:- Limited to holiday-themed designs
- Size may be too small for active play or travel
Best for: Holiday decorators and collectors wanting a high-quality seasonal plush
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking larger plush toys or non-seasonal options
- Size:8 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Theme:Holiday/Yule Log
Our verdict“This plush is a cozy, festive pick for seasonal decor and cuddling during the holidays.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little)
This exclusive 4-pack stands out for offering a variety of holiday-themed characters, making it ideal for collectors who want a complete seasonal set. Compared with the single large plush options, this pack provides multiple characters, adding variety and display appeal. However, its main tradeoff is that it’s limited to holiday characters, which may not suit those seeking year-round plush toys. The plush material is ultrasoft and high-quality, ensuring a cozy touch, but since it only includes four characters, it might feel limited for buyers wanting more diversity. Its Amazon exclusivity benefits collectors looking for rare items, yet it lacks size details, which could be a concern for those wanting specific dimensions. Overall, this pack makes the most sense for holiday enthusiasts or gift givers wanting to build a themed collection.
Pros:- Soft and high-quality plush material for a cozy feel
- Includes four distinct characters with unique backgrounds
- Official Jazwares product, exclusive to Amazon
Cons:- Limited to holiday-themed characters, reducing versatility
- No size details provided, which may affect display or gifting decisions
Best for: Holiday collectors and gift givers seeking a themed set of plush toys
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting a larger variety outside the holiday theme or non-collectors
- Includes:4 Squishmallows
- Material:Ultrasoft, high-quality plush
- Theme:Holiday
Our verdict“This set is perfect for holiday enthusiasts who want a small, themed plush collection and don’t mind the limited character variety.”
Squishmallows 14in Nick the Santa Claus Plush
This 14-inch Santa plush makes a bold statement with its size and unique Hawaiian shirt twist on the classic Santa look. Compared to smaller holiday plush like the Micromallow advent calendars, Nick is more suited to display and cuddling, appealing to those wanting a prominent seasonal figure. Its plush material is ultrasoft, offering a satisfying tactile experience, but its larger size might be unwieldy for small children or limited storage spaces. While it’s a fun and colorful character, it doesn’t feature any special interactive elements or intricate details beyond the plush design, which could be a drawback for those seeking more engaging toys. Its authenticity seal assures quality, but the size may limit its appeal for buyers looking for smaller, more manageable plushies. This pick is best for Santa collectors or those wanting a festive, plush centerpiece.
Pros:- Generous 14-inch size for display or cuddling
- Unique Santa character with a fun Hawaiian shirt twist
- Made with ultrasoft plush material for comfort
- Official product with authenticity seal
Cons:- Size may be too large for small children or limited spaces
- Lacks interactive features or intricate detailing
Best for: Santa enthusiasts and plush collectors seeking a sizable holiday display piece
Not ideal for: Small children or buyers wanting portable or space-saving plush toys
- Size:14 inches
- Character:Nick the Santa Claus
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
Our verdict“This plush is best suited for Santa fans or collectors who want a festive, sizable plush to display during the holidays.”
Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Advent Calendar
This advent calendar provides 24 tiny 2.5-inch Micromallows, perfect for countdowns or small-scale collections. Compared with larger plush options like the 14-inch Santa, these tiny plush toys offer a more interactive, daily surprise experience for kids or collectors who prefer compact figures. Though ideal for holiday season fun, their small size limits their appeal for those wanting plush toys to cuddle or display prominently. The inclusion of characters like Nick Santa Claus and Manny Snowman adds seasonal charm, but the limited size can be a drawback for buyers wanting more substantial plush companions. Being an official product, it guarantees authenticity, but its main limitation is its size, which restricts versatility outside holiday festivities. This calendar is best for those who love holiday countdowns or want tiny collectibles for gifting.
Pros:- Includes 24 different holiday-themed Micromallows
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
- Ideal for holiday countdowns and gifting
Cons:- Limited to small-sized plush toys, less suitable for cuddling
- Seasonal-only use, not ideal for year-round display
Best for: Parents or collectors seeking a fun holiday countdown with small plush toys
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting larger plush toys for cuddling or display
- Size:2.5 inches
- Includes:24 Micromallows
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“This advent calendar works best for holiday countdowns or small collectible displays, especially for kids or seasonal gift-givers.”
Squishmallows Micromallows Holiday Advent Calendar
This Micromallows advent calendar features 24 tiny plush toys, including characters like Benny the Bigfoot and Cam the Cat. While similar in concept to the larger Micromallows calendar, this one emphasizes a variety of iconic characters, making it ideal for fans of the brand who enjoy small collectibles. Compared with the 24-Day set, this calendar provides a broader character mix, appealing to those who like diversity in their holiday loot. The small size makes it perfect for gifting or adding to existing collections, but it may disappoint buyers wanting plush toys for cuddling or display as larger figures. Its official authenticity seals it as a trustworthy choice, but the limited size restricts usability outside holiday festivities. This calendar is best for dedicated Squishmallows fans or gift givers seeking tiny seasonal collectibles.
Pros:- Includes 24 different holiday-themed plush toys
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
- Compact size ideal for gifting or collection
Cons:- Small size limits cuddling or display options
- Seasonal use only, not for year-round enjoyment
Best for: Dedicated fans and collectors seeking a diverse, small-scale holiday gift
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting larger plush toys for cuddling or frequent play
- Size:2.5 inches
- Includes:24 Micromallows
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“This tiny collectible calendar suits fans seeking a variety of holiday plush toys in a compact format, especially as gifts or seasonal additions.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little)
This holiday-themed 4-pack features plush characters like Ingred the Purple Cow and Marilyn the Green Pickle Ornament, making it a versatile choice for those who want a mix of festive characters. Compared with the single larger Santa plush, this set offers variety and multiple gift options, but it shares the same limitation of only including holiday characters. The plush material is ultrasoft, ensuring a cuddly experience, yet the absence of specific size details makes it harder to determine suitability for certain spaces or age groups. Its official Jazwares branding guarantees quality, but the limited character selection might not appeal to buyers seeking more diversity beyond holiday themes. This pick makes the most sense for shoppers wanting a ready-made holiday gift set with multiple characters.
Pros:- Soft and cuddly ultrasoft plush material
- Includes four different holiday characters for variety
- Official Jazwares product, ensuring quality
Cons:- Limited to holiday-themed characters, restricting year-round use
- No detailed size information, affecting display or gifting decisions
Best for: Gift shoppers and collectors wanting a festive plush set with variety
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking non-holiday plush toys or larger sizes for cuddling
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Includes:4 Squishmallows
- Characters:Ingred, Omar, Marilyn, Luna
Our verdict“This holiday 4-pack suits gift buyers or collectors seeking a small, varied set of seasonal plush toys.”
Squishmallows 8-Inch Jack Skellington Holiday Plush
This 8-inch Jack Skellington plush from Squishmallows stands out for its charming, highly recognizable design, making it a perfect gift for fans of Nightmare Before Christmas. Unlike larger plush options such as the 14-inch Nick Santa, this size offers a more manageable, cuddly figure that fits easily onto shelves or beds. Its soft, squishy texture enhances its appeal for cuddling and imaginative play, though its limited size might disappoint those seeking a larger plush for display or hugging. Primarily themed for holiday and Halloween decor, it’s less versatile outside seasonal settings, which could diminish its appeal after the holidays. This pick makes the most sense for collectors or kids who love themed plushes and want a festive, seasonal piece without the bulk of larger toys.
Pros:- Highly collectible and visually appealing for fans
- Soft and squishy for comfortable cuddling
- Ideal size for children and collectors alike
- Great gift option for holiday or Halloween
Cons:- Limited to 8 inches, which may not satisfy those seeking larger plush toys
- Primarily suited for seasonal decor, reducing usability year-round
Best for: Fans of Nightmare Before Christmas seeking a cute, themed holiday plush to add to their collection or decor
Not ideal for: Those wanting a large, display-worthy plush or a plush that doubles as a pillow, since it’s only 8 inches and mainly holiday-themed

How We Picked
Products were evaluated based on a combination of factors including design quality, seasonal relevance, variety, and value. We prioritized plush toys that embody the spirit of the holiday season through detailed themes or unique packaging. Durability, size options, and price point also played significant roles, ensuring choices suit a range of budgets and preferences. The ranking reflects a balanced view of these elements, favoring items that offer both visual appeal and practicality. Our goal was to highlight options that appeal to collectors, gift-givers, and casual fans alike, providing a comprehensive view of the best in the 2026 squishmallows holiday lineup.
Factors to Consider When Choosing Squishmallows Holiday List
When selecting the perfect squishmallows holiday plush, considering several factors can help you choose an option that best fits your needs. From size and design to price and exclusivity, each aspect impacts the overall value and appeal of your purchase. Understanding what matters most for your intended use—whether as a gift, collection piece, or holiday decoration—can make the decision process clearer and more satisfying.Size and Comfort
Size influences how a squishmallow is used—larger plushes are more suitable for hugging or display, while smaller ones fit easily into stockings or gift bags. Consider who the recipient is; children often prefer bigger, cuddlier options, while collectors may focus on limited editions or specific characters. Keep in mind that larger plushes tend to be more expensive and take up more space, so balancing size with your storage or gifting needs is key.
Design and Seasonal Relevance
Seasonal details—like holiday-themed outfits, colors, or characters—add charm but can also influence price. Look for plushes that embody the spirit of the holiday through their design, but be aware that highly detailed or exclusive items often come at a premium. If you want a versatile plush that can be used year-round, simpler designs or classic characters may be better suited.
Price and Value
Pricing varies widely, especially with multi-packs or limited editions. While higher-priced items often feature better craftsmanship or unique designs, budget options can still offer great value, especially if you’re building a collection or shopping for multiple gifts. Be wary of paying for brand names or exclusivity if the design doesn’t align with your preferences—sometimes, a well-chosen, affordable plush provides more satisfaction.
Exclusivity and Packaging
Limited editions, holiday-exclusive packs, or special packaging can enhance the gifting experience but typically cost more. Consider whether the recipient values rarity or collectible appeal, or if a standard plush will suffice. Keep in mind that exclusive items may sell out quickly, so early purchase can be advantageous for those seeking unique holiday gifts.
Durability and Maintenance
Holiday plush toys are often handled by children or used as decor, so durability matters. Look for well-stitched plushes with high-quality fabric that can withstand holiday play and storage. Additionally, check if the plush is easy to clean—removable outfits or fabric that tolerates gentle washing can extend its holiday charm year after year.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are squishmallows holiday plushes suitable for children under 3?
Many squishmallows are safe for young children, but always check the age recommendations on specific products. Smaller parts or certain details might pose a choking hazard, so opt for plushes explicitly marked as suitable for ages 3 and up. Larger, soft plushes generally make safe, cuddly companions for little ones, especially during the holiday season.
How do I choose between a plush with holiday themes and a more neutral design?
Deciding between seasonal and neutral designs depends on your intended use. Holiday-themed plushes add festive cheer and are great for seasonal decorating or gifting, but they might be less versatile throughout the year. Neutral designs, on the other hand, can be enjoyed year-round and often serve as a lasting keepsake beyond the holidays. Consider whether the plush will be a temporary decoration or a long-term part of a collection.
Are limited-edition squishmallows worth the extra cost?
Limited editions can offer unique designs and collectibility, making them appealing for dedicated fans or collectors. However, they often come at a higher price point and might be harder to find later. If you value exclusivity or want a special holiday gift, they can be worth the investment, but for everyday use or casual gifting, standard plushes may provide better value.
What size squishmallow should I buy for a gift?
The ideal size depends on the recipient’s age and use. For young children, larger plushes (around 14 inches or more) are cuddly and easy to hold. Smaller sizes, like 8 or 10 inches, are more portable and fit easily into stockings or gift bags. Consider the recipient’s preferences and storage space when selecting the size to ensure your gift is both appreciated and practical.
How can I care for my squishmallow holiday plush to keep it looking new?
Most squishmallows are machine washable, but always check care instructions first. Spot cleaning with a damp cloth can help maintain the plush’s appearance, especially after handling during the holiday season. Storing plushes in a cool, dry place when not in use protects fabrics from dust and fading. Proper care can prolong their festive charm and ensure they remain a part of holiday traditions for years to come.
Conclusion
For those seeking the best overall squishmallow holiday plush, the Galci the Raccoon from the 12-inch Christmas collection strikes a perfect balance of detailed design and versatility. Budget shoppers will appreciate the Micromallows Holiday Wreath 4-Pack for its variety and affordability. Gift-givers looking for a large, huggable piece should consider the Nick the Santa Claus Plush, while collectors or fans of exclusives might prioritize limited editions or themed sets. Beginners or casual fans will find the smaller, simpler plushes a good starting point, while seasoned collectors may focus on rare or detailed seasonal designs. This curated list aims to guide every type of buyer toward a plush that fits their holiday needs and preferences.
